Details:
Tai chi, a form of Chines martial arts focuses on slow, controlled movements. Tai Chi exercises are low impact and give people with limited mobinlity a chance to improve their balance, range of motion, coordination, and muscle health. This class is limited to members of the Community Memorial Wellness & Fitness Center.
